The cancellation policy depends on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. The cancellation charges of flight tickets fluctuate as per the cancellation andpenalty charges of the particular airlines. Other than the airline cancellation charges, b2b e-travel levies a cancelation fee of 100 Rs if the domestic flight is cancelled at least 24 hrs prior to the departure of the flight. In case of an international flight cancellation fee of Rs 200 will be applicable if the flight is cancelled 6 hrs before.

International Holidays

Once the travel agents have taken the decision to cancel the booked holiday package due to some unforeseen issues he/ she will have to pay the cancellation charges. After the process the rest of the money is refunded to the travel agent by cheque within seven days. Whatever the mode of payment is, the money would be returned only through cheque to the travel agents. In case the travel agents have made payment in term of cash then we can, also refund in cash mode.

  • You must call us to change or cancel your trip. All changes are subject to availability, limitations and restrictions of the relevant hotel or Holiday Package provider.
  • The refundable portion of your purchase price (if any) will be refunded to you and to the extent we are refunded by the Supplier; we shall pass this refund onto you.
  • If you want to cancel or change your booking the payment card fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
  • If the cancellation means that the Supplier charges a cancellation charge (which in some cases can be 100% of the book value) or if the change means that the cost of your booking has increased (if, for example, you wish to upgrade to a more expensive hotel), you will need to pay such extra charges or costs in addition to ‘b2b e-travel ' charges set out below.
  • If you wish to change or cancel any part of your booking, an ‘b2b e-travel administration fee will apply.

  • Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
  • No cancellation or changes are allowed after departure.
  • Up to 60 days prior to departure: 25%
  • 59-46 days prior to departure: 50%
  • 45-31 days prior to departure:75%
  • 30 days prior to departure: 100%
