Date Change Policy

🔁 Date changes are not permitted once the package is booked.

Re-booking requires a new reservation and full payment.
🧾 Package Exclusions

❌ Entry fees for sightseeing points (temples, museums, parks, ropeway, zoo, boating, etc.) are not included.

❌ Charges for horse rides, snow jeep, local rickshaw/taxi, boating, or any adventure activities are not included.

❌ Gala dinner charges for Christmas, New Year, or festival dates are not included.

❌ All personal expenses like laundry, phone, minibar, shopping, or room service are not included.

❌ Lunch and en-route breakfast are not included unless specified.
📌 General Terms & Booking Conditions

🏨 Standard check-in at hotel is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and discretion.

👨👩👧👦 A maximum of 3 adults per room. The third guest will be provided a rollaway bed/mattress.

🚗 Cab is not at disposal and will only operate as per the fixed itinerary.

🌡️ AC will not function in hilly areas due to weather conditions.

🛏️ Preferred Hotel: [Mentioned in itinerary terms] — if unavailable, a similar property with same category and standards will be allotted.

🌧️ In case of natural disasters or road blockages, alternate arrangements will be made based on availability. No refunds in such cases unless vendors approve.

❄️ During snowfall or slippery roads, main vehicles may be stopped. Snow jeeps/chained vehicles are required and must be hired on direct payment basis.

🚧 Due to local union restrictions (e.g., in Nainital/Mall Road), outside vehicles may not be permitted to go till certain points. Customers must walk or take local transport (rickshaw/taxi) at personal expense.

🔄 If the trip is extended due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes), the additional charges for hotel & cab will be borne by the guest. The minimum charge will be calculated based on package per-day average. Actual price to be confirmed at the time of extension.

💵 Some hotels may collect a refundable security deposit at check-in.

⚠️ No refund for complimentary services if not used or operational.

⚖️ In case of disputes, legal jurisdiction will be the Courts of New Delhi.
