Best Time to Visit Hampi

The best time to visit Hampi is from October to February when the weather is pleasant and ideal for sightseeing and exploring the ruins. During these months, the temperature remains comfortable, making it easier to walk around the large archaeological site.

The monsoon season (July–September) brings greenery to the region but can make some trails slippery. Summers (March–May) are extremely hot, with temperatures often crossing 40°C, making outdoor exploration difficult.
