Standard hotel check-in: 2:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM
Max 3 adults per room; extra person gets mattress/rollaway bed
Itinerary is fixed and cab is not at disposal beyond listed activities
AC not functional in hilly regions
Preferred hotel: The Lake Paradise, Nainital
(If unavailable, a similar hotel with same category and quality will be provided)
In case of natural calamities or delays, if the tour extends beyond planned duration, the additional hotel and cab charges will be borne by the guest, calculated on a per-day average of this package (final price to be decided based on actuals at that time)
Vehicles may be restricted at Mall Road or other zones due to local union regulations; last-mile transport to be arranged by guest (rickshaw/taxi at direct cost)
In case of road closures due to snow/rain, snow jeeps or chained vehicles may be required (on extra cost)
